This fellowship was planted November 1, 1991 in South Williamsport, Pennsylvania, in the home of John and Carol Butler. After being part of a revival church for ten years in Belleville, Illinois, John and Carol were led by the Lord to “move east” where they had grown up. With the approval of their pastor and church congregation, followed by many confirmations and blessings, Wings of Love Community Church (WLCC) was born.

On November 1, 2025, we celebrated our 34th anniversary as a local church. What this means to us is that for 34 years the grace of God has helped us share the testimony of Jesus Christ in the Susquehanna Valley. There have been many miracles and blessings along the way along with trials and testimonies of triumph. Through it all, the Lord Jesus has been faithful to us. His gracious help over the years is the seal of our ministry in His Name.
