Step 1 – Attend a Newcomer’s Orientation Meeting
The pathway to becoming a member of Wings of Love Community Church starts right here. Our Newcomer’s Orientation Meeting is an open forum to ask questions about this fellowship, its membership, and teachings, meanwhile helping seekers to discover if Wings of Love is where the Lord wants them to put down roots. People can attend services and functions of the assembly without membership status as per their choice, but cannot be involved in leadership or voting on major decisions without a membership commitment.

Following Biblical practice, people desiring to become members should know and feel the “leading of the Lord” to do so. God places His people where He wants them. He will lead His people individually into a church fellowship and attach them to that leadership as He chooses. Seekers should prayerfully let the Lord guide them into that relationship for their future benefit. The Newcomer’s Orientation Meeting is designed to help sincere people with that process.

Step 2 – Complete a Membership Application
The path toward membership continues by completing a Membership Application and having a personal interview with our church leadership. The Membership Application is viewed as a time of commitment. This helps forward the relationship and clarify special needs and circumstances of the potential member. Previous church history, spiritual gifts and callings will be among the issues that will be discussed so that mutual trust can be built for the good of all. Membership Documentation is reviewed and explained in detail. Following the interview, the application will be reviewed by our Board of Trustees Membership Committee and a letter will be sent to the applicant discussing their decision.

Step 3 – Membership Activation
New Members will be acknowledged in two ways. First, after completing the above steps, the new members will be publicly acknowledged during our Sunday Morning Celebration Service. Finally, a dinner will be held to welcome and bless new members. This is a time to fellowship and mingle with new relationships and make everyone feel at home in the Lord.
